The Origins of Team ForaBetterWorld

In a galaxy far, far away....potentially a couple thousand light years away from reality, a group of fifteen people came together under the call of the great MC Bird. None of these people knew what to expect, except of course, the beautiful princess Karina and her loyal adviser Fainora; the magical shifter from a land unknown. Her hair came in rainbows and her heart was said to be encased in gold. These two women ruled the land of abnormality and knew what to expect when the mythical bird came from above. The team cheer leader, Stephanie, found a way to bring the group closer together through seven trials to prove their loyalty. At the time, the group was only eight strong, the last few came later, but that's not important to the story. They were all a happy, little family.

The first task was a simple undercover mission. Dressing up. Stephanie was good at this, she thought she had it figured out until Rai swept stronger than the undercurrents of an untamed ocean. Her wild eyes and colorful hair made her stand out against the crowds of black and gray. Though the most brilliant color that painted the atmosphere surrounding her was that of her heart. Pink and red, the colors of not only a warrior, but one dedicated to her friends. Rai joined Karina in her quest and fought long and hard for the Kingdom of ForaBetterWorld. She wouldn't let it fall to the evil forces of reality. Such bleak colors crowded the women from all sides, all seemed lost.

It happened out of nowhere, a fair maiden dressed in a long dress with a sword strapped to her side. Her cropped hair and piercing gaze stopped all in their tracks, but while a look alone could bring them down it was her voice that truly gave her, her place. She had the voice of a Goddess calling forth her children of war. It was one that could calm as well as rally. And while none of them could truly say her name; except those from the neighboring towns, they called her Freddy.

Passing the first task the little group grew, they moved on to the next and tried to fight the demons of which they all feared. Out of the ashes of smoke, an illusionist and her family appeared. Casting spell binding circles on those who opposed the light of the kingdom. Daga, a lass with golden hair and Meg, her cousin with the same beautiful hair. They pushed back the forces, confusing them with spells and trickery; what's reality and what wasn't, no one knew. Adding two new spell binders to their side made the journey easy. They swept through the fourth and fifth tasks rallying in new hopes and bringing in new allies.

Delaney and Vicky were next to come. Tracking the progress and stepping in when needed. The true spirit of the kingdom trying to help lead where it was necessary. Delaney's spirit of fire rose them from the hell fires of despair, and while her joy brought the team life, Vicky herded and sheltered all from harm. Her desire to protect grew as the connection grew, ForaBetterWorld was becoming stronger as a unit. There was more to them then simple sorcery and riddles.

The tale of the last few maidens is sweet and kind. While most connect to humanity, Jess, the woman of the wild, connected to nature and animals. She used her special talents to bring the creatures of the wild to their aid pushing the family to heights they'd never come across before. Kindness works for all creatures, not just humans. It ends with Inma. The brave champion of heart. While Inma was learning to adapt to the team, being from a new world entirely, she mastered the language spoken by her new home. They taught her new things and, in turn, learned about other worlds and other culture. She spoke passionately and always offered the gentlest stories and quotes to bring peace.

At the end of the line they found Ebba, a simple woman from an even simpler town. With dreams and aspirations to travel the worlds and unite them against the evils of this thing called "reality". Her head always in the clouds, her ideas are the most creative and most inspiring. It eventually drew in a teacher from the South, they called her Jen. She was once a soldier in the wars of the snails, but those are dark days she never discussed.

When the time came for the journey to end, Rai found her family and brought them in. The snails had raided her poor village leaving few survivors. The kingdom welcomed them with open arms and promised a new home to those who had lost theirs. We welcomed Luna and Ayana because without them they just didn't feel complete.

They finished their journey. It didn't take long and when they came out of the seven tasks they were closer than a kingdom; they were a home, a family to one another. The call of the rare MC bird had brought not one, not two, but fifteen of them together where they could learn and grow.

It wasn't long before people left the kingdom and new ones joined. They found new friends, new lives, and new homes. After all, the kingdom never really falls until everyone has taken their heart from it. The Kingdom of ForaBetterWorld still holds many hearts; we aren't ready to die.
